Sarkhosh Seddighi Chaharborj received his B.Sc. degree in pure mathematics from Tabriz University in 1995 and Master degree in pure mathematics from Shiraz University in 2001. After finished his master degree, he was researcher at Nuclear Science Research School, Nuclear Science and Technology Research Institute (NSTRI), Tehran, Iran. He started his PH.D. in 2007 at University Putra Malaysia and he got his PH.D. in Applied Mathematics from this university in 2010. He was Post-Doctoral researcher at University Putra Malaysia from 2011 until 2015. And he is a visiting lecturer in the Carleton university, Ottawa, Canada from 2016. Vassya Bankova, PhD, DSc, is a full professor in Natural Product Chemistry at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia. She has worked as a guest-researcher at the Ruhr University – Bochum, the University of Saarland, Saarbruecken, the Bandeirante University, Sao Paulo, and the Institute of Molecules of Biological Interest, Naples. Her research interests are directed towards search for new biologically active compounds from unexplored biological subjects (endemic plants, mushrooms, bee products); development of modern reliable methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the active components in complex extracts of natural products. Her special interest is devoted to the bee product propolis (bee glue): its chemistry, plant origin, biological activity, health-promoting potential, analysis, standardization. She and her group have been studying propolis for over 20 years, have made major contributions to the current knowledge of propolis and have published over 90 papers in international peer reviewed journals and four book chapters on this topic. Her total number of publications is over200, she has an h-index of 43. She is a member of the International Honey Commission, of the International Propolis Research Group, and of the Bulgarian Phytochemical Society. .She is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Sofia and is on the Editorial Board of Chemistry Central Journal as Section Editor for Organic Chemistry Section and on the Editorial Advisory Board of Natural Product Communications. In 2015 she was elected to a corresponding member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Her research interests are directed towards search for new biologically active compounds from unexplored biological subjects (endemic plants, mushrooms, bee products); development of modern reliable methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the active components in complex extracts of natural products.

Codjo Hountondji, PhD, is Distinguished Professor at Sorbonne University (Campus Pierre et Marie Curie, Jussieu, Paris) where he has been teaching Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for 35 years. He is currently Director of the Research Group “Enzymology of RNA”. He has served as Assistant Professor of Biochemistry at the University Paris XI (Orsay) 1982-1986. At the University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris), he has served as Chair of the Division (Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 2010-2014). He has been a Visiting Scientist at Penn State University School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 1981-1982. He published more than 40 Research papers and articles in International Journals. He supervised numerous Master and PhD students for their research projects. His career research focus has been on the mechanism of the translation process. His current research interest concerns a “Targeted molecular therapy of cancer: structure-assisted design of anticancer drugs targeting the ribosomes in cancer cells”.

Numerous papers and keynotes at international mathematical, neuroscience, proteomics, bioinformatics and religion conferences in Europe, USA and Japan. Deputy Director 1983-1988 in Museum of Mankind, Paris. Repeatedly invited Professor in psychology and biology of behavior at University of Paris (V, VIII & XIII). Founder and Director of Human Behavior Laboratory, University of Iceland. In formalized collaboration between 32 European and American universities based on “Magnusson’s analytical model” initiated at University Paris V, Sorbonne, in 1995.

Responsibility

Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

Transportation

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied academies are a non-profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact massspectrometry@alliedconference.org
 to request a personalized letter of invitation.

Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.

Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to Program Manager (massspectrometry@alliedconference.org or finance@alliedacademies.com).

Cancellation Policy

If Allied academies cancel this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies Conferences (AAC) event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

If Allied academies postpone an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies Conferences event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to Program ManagerDetails must be included with the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied Academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Allied Academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Allied Academies will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits
